TUCSON – The organization tracking employment trends, best practices, and innovative ideas in the workplace is recognizing Focus HR’s Greg Stutz for his exceptional strength in leadership as Chief Operating Officer.
At the 2018 Celebrating Innovation in the Workplace Awards in Tucson, the Society for Human Resource Management Greater Tucson (SHRM-GT) recognized Stutz for his ability to overcome extreme challenges and obstacles while managing and growing Southern Arizona’s premiere business support organization.
Stutz is one of nine business leaders spotlighted for the Individual Leadership Award.
“I always say, if you do what you say you’re going to do and you treat people right they’ll stay with you,” says Stutz. “That applies to business clients and our own employees.”
Stutz has been working alongside Focus HR President and CEO, Tracy Cole for a decade, fine-tuning and streamlining the business services model that now supports hundreds of owners and operators in 27 states and Washington, D.C.
This year a trio of Focus HR, Inc. clients hit Inc. 5000’s list of “Fastest Growing Companies in the United States,” in part because of the HR, payroll, risk management, employee benefits and sales specialists Greg develops and supports.
