Frequently Asked Questions

At Focus HR, Inc., we make sure our employees are as up-to-date and informed as possible. Here are some common questions we hear. If you have additional questions, let us know by filling out the form below.

How do I access my pay stubs / pay history?

The Employee Self Service Portal holds the employee pay records and lets you view and print pay stubs. When visiting the Portal for the first time, your login must be activated through our registration process. Once in, you’ll want to select the “$ Pay” option. It’s located on the left side of the page.

How do I add / update my direct deposit account?

To change your direct deposit information simply complete an Employee Direct Deposit Authorization form and email to fax@focushr.net. Remember to attach a voided check or the direct deposit account information that’s provided by your bank. If you need a blank form, let us know by emailing fax@focushr.net.

How do I change my tax withholding elections?

To update your withholding amounts, you’ll need to complete the required federal and state forms. You’ll need the Form W-4 to update your federal withholding and your state’s form (e.g. Arizona Form A-4) for the state withholding amount. Email your completed form(s) to fax@focushr.net. If you need blank forms, let us know by emailing fax@focushr.net.
