Focus HR, Inc. clients have easy access to employee W2 forms through the online Prism portal. With a few clicks on the keyboard, that document is ready to print so you can meet the Monday, April 15 filing deadline.
All employees should have received their W2 by the end of January 2019, but there’s always a few who forgot to report a change of address or who lost the original document. Technology is a wonderful thing, so don’t panic. Just visit the portal.
