TUCSON, Arizona, (August 16, 2017) – How many times has someone told you to ‘reign it in. Don’t let yourself get so wound up’ at work? The office can be your center of stress, and here’s the rub. Work truly is ‘what you make of it.’
Countless people write about workplace humor, including Forbes magazine. The idea is that peace of mind and a general sense of contentment have everything to do with workplace culture.

In contrast, positive thoughts can actually release neuropeptides that help fight stress and potentially more-serious illnesses.”
